TRUE Essence of CHRISTMAS!!!

As years passes by, we the Filipino's are celebrating the true essence of Christmas. It is where we celebrate the birth of our savior Jesus Christ.

"Give Love on Christmas Day" Is it true? Can we do this simple thing? In our daily lives, were experiencing the true meaning of Christmas. I don't believe that Christmas is for giving gifts and exchanging cards only because some people cannot afford to buy gifts and cards for their love ones. Christmas is when we show our love to other people. It is where we are forgiving those people who commited sin/mistakes to us, somebody says that "to forgive is to forget". During Christmas, some people take this opportunity to show their love to their parents because some of them don't have the courage to say the simple words "THANK YOU and I LOVE YOU" to them. Christmas is loving. Christmas is giving. Even though were experiencing crisis today, simple gift is enough to show our love to somebody. It is not the amount but it's the love, Right?? Christmas is forgiving. Forgive someone's mistake/sin and accept his/her true personality. Judging is not a way to show our love to them. Love is the best gift we receive on Christmas Day.

LOVE, GIVE, FORGIVE, we must show it to other people so that our Christmas will be more merrier and so that we can feel the true essence of Christmas.(^_^)

2009 VIGAN CITY MEET!!

Every second, every minute, there's alot of changes happened in our life. Lot of changes because every now and then were experiencing new things which help us in motivating ourselves.

Last November, there are lots of activities done in our school, like the 2009 Vigan City Meet held last November 26-28,2009. I'm not one of them, an athlete for short but they gave as the opportunity to be the nurses and doctors that day or should I say were only the Medics. In every games, there are medics assigned so that if ever there is an emergency or there is an accident happened in that game, there's no need to call a doctor or nurse. But not all games done in our school,there are those games done in different places like the Basketball done at Vigan Gym, Lawn Tennis at the Lawn Tennis Court at Casabaan Vigan City, Athletics at UNP field, and Badminton at Stadium.

It was an amazing experienced. I considered these experience is one factor in enhancing my knowledge about sports. (^_^)

NOW I KNOW!!!

A very interesting and challenging subject TLE. This grading period my little knowledge about computer was enhanced through the help of HTML. You know why? This is my 1st time to encounter different HTML tags. And in this grading, I learned the importance of the different HTML tags. I learned also that there are tags who can stand alone and these is what you called the container tags. In these part of our lesson I learned the different Basic HTML tags, I learned the importance of these tags, I learned how to create an HTML File,and most of all I learned the different roles of these tags in the world of computer.
There are lot of problems/challenges that I have encountered like how to use the different tags,how to create an HTML File, what is the role of these tags in the world of computer, and most of all it makes my mind to think a lot and makes my understanding more complicated.
I addressed this challenge/problems through the help of my teacher in TLE IV. They teach us to understand more about the topic. And also I addressed this challenge/problems as what I did in the 1st Grading Period. I kept myself focus on the topic were discussing and I kept myself understand the topic and discover the uses, role, and importance of the topic in the world of computer. And by keeping myself strong to face all the challenges/problems that Iam encountering right now.
Moving on I will continue the good thing I have started and by avoiding unnecessary habit. I will make myself busy so that I can understand the message of our teacher when she is discussing something about our topic. Hoping that as we move on to our lessons, my knowledge be enrich so that I can attain that level of knowledge I'm wishing for.(^_^)

SCIENCE??

Science, consists of all the knowledge gained through careful observations and experiments or by the use of the scientific method. Using these scientific knowledge to improve life or to satisfy needs is technology. Technology has played a part in solving many problems in medicine, industry, and agriculture. Technology must be properly managed so that it does not threaten the survival of living things and the conservation of resources.

We owe the knowledge we derived from Science and Technology that we use today from the men and women who were willing to take the risk in pursuit of truth about the world . We had the courage to go against the forces of ignorance and look beyond supersitions to explain our observations scientifically. Science has provided the technological convenience of transport and communication, new cures for diseases, and advances in food production. We should, however, be aware of the bad effects that technology brings to our environment. Some of these are pollution and the rapid depletion of natural resources. The responsibility of using Science rests on us. Through reading and sharing ideas, we become informed of environmental issues affecting us. This knowledge seeking attitude makes us more eqquiped to decide on effective alternatives. All living things on Earth belong to one big interdependent system, depending on and influencing the non-living components of the planet-air, water, and soil. Human activity must not threaten the survival of other species or eliminate their habitats. Distrubing one

part of the biosphere can affect the whole.

So, for the sake of our beloved mother Earth, for the sake of our country, and for the sake of ours, we need adjustment so that we can attain the development and betterment of our industry.....(^_^)

LANGUAGE: KEY OF NATIONAL IDENTITY

Language, one of the most important weapon God gave us. Why??? It's because its the only weapon we have so that we can express our taughts or ideas with others and so that we can avoid misunderstanding with each other.
English known as the universal language. This language was so important to us because we can use it when we are applying for a job and we can use it when we go abroad. Language is an instrument of conversation between two people. It gives importance with the things surrounds us. It may give information or it may give wrong taughts or idea. People was given different kinds of knowledge and with the help of the highest level of education, we can easily spread and reach out to others. But we must not forget that language is dangerous if this will gives us false information. Language is like a wheel that will leads you too far but it needs a well verse and careful driving so that you will reach your destination safety. You can also make language as a way to a mans heart. Like for instance, a person longing for a cure to his illness can easily get help to others through the means of language. Because we the Pilipino have that character traits which is soft hearted. Thats why we can say that language is a medium of knowledge. One of the aim of language is to make people as one. Most of all, we must learn how to give importance with our own language and to love our own language because its the only way so that we can avoid misunderstanding and so that we can understand each other.
Men do not speak simply to relieve their feelings or to air their views but to awaken a response in their fellows and to influence their attitudes and acts. So, love our own language the way we love ourselves.

I Learned!!!

TLE, such a lovely subject, is it true?? YES it is true because TLE is a very interesting and challenging subject. It helps a lot in motivating ourselves to reach our dreams or goals in life. In TLE, I learn a lot even though I didn't enjoy it when I was in first year and second year because I don't know how to give importance with the things which helps in motivating myself and improving my personality. In TLE III,I learned how to use computer because honestly speaking thats my first time to use computer. I learned also that it develops my proficiency in basic computer skill applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, desktop publishing, presentation and graphics, databases and programming. In TLE IV, I learned a lot. I learned what does internet mean, uses of internet and importance of internet. I learned how to create a blog account and I understand more the Basics of connecting to the net, e-mailing and surfing. I learned also how to search using the internet and many more....
There are lot of problems/challenges that I have encountered like how to use a computer, how to search using the internet, how to surf, how to use the email, how to connect with the Net, the steps in making a blogger account and in making a Google account. This questions makes my mind to think a lot and makes my understanding more complicated....
I addressed this challenges/problems through the help of my teachers. They teach us understand more about computer. They shared to us their ideas and knowledge about the topic so that we can easily understand more. And also I addressed this challenges/problems by keeping myself understand the topic and discover the uses and importance of the thing, object or or topic. And by keeping myself strong to face all the challenges/problems that I am encountering right now.
Moving on I will continue the good habit I have started so that I can reach that star someday. I will continue the unfinished works I have started. Hoping that as we move on to our lessons, my knowledge about computer be enrich. And moving on I will now give importance to our lessons and appreciate the things arounds me....:-)

Speaking with Kindness

Speaking or talking to somebody with kindness is such a joy or a great respect to anybody else. Joy in the sense that a soft voice is like a music to the receiver. It could easily understand what you're trying to emphasize.....
Speaking with kindness even symbolizes you as a person with high dignity. Even though you didn't finish any degree for as long as you know how to speak or talk softly you will even receive high respect than a degree holder which talk very rough with no respect. Speaking or talking with kindness makes the conversation more interesting.....
Speak to me in English or Filipino Campaign was a very interesting part of being a student like me because speaking in English or Filipino inside the campus makes you feel the presence of that campaign. Its not too hard to speak in English or Filipino,although it is not our language but it gives joy in your part if you know how to express your ideas or feelings in English or Filipino. Its not too late to learn how to speak in English. It is very important to study how to speak in English because you will be using this when you go abroad and you will use it in communicating with others.....
So being kind in words is such a good habit of a person.....:-p

"Health is Wealth"

"Health is Wealth". Do you agree with this saying? In a person's life,the most important is good health. A healthy person is active, have enough courage to face all the circumstances she or he is facing and happy. He or she can work hard and earn for his or her family needs. A sick person, although he or she has much money, spends much for his or her medicine and treatment and may eventually lose his or her wealth.
Nowadays, lifestyle diseases are rampant. There are many people, young and old, rich and poor, who are sick with diabetes, cancer, kidney, liver, and heart diseases. I'm very sure that nobody would try our best to have a healthy and wealthy lifestyle.
In order to be healthy, we should see to it that we have proper nutrition. We should eat the right kind of food in proper amount. Our meals should be well-balanced. We should include GO, GROW, and GLOW foods. Glow foods which are mostly taken from fruits and vegetables protect the body from diseases and help in regulating body processes. Don't also forget to drink plenty of water-6 to 8 glasses daily. We should try to have regular exercise. We also need enough rest and atleast eight hours of sleep. Always keep ourselves clean which helps us in attaining good health.
Yes! We should always try to have healthy eating and healthy liestyle. In this case, the lifestyle diseases will not be able to put us down. aWe will become strong and healthy citizens who can help in making our country a great nation!.....:-D
